LiteCAD generates LC_EVENT_MAGNIFIER event when a Magnifier's property has been changed.

The following properties are used for this event type:

LC_PROP_EVENT_DRW	Handle to a drawing
LC_PROP_EVENT_BLOCK	Handle to a block which contains the entity
LC_PROP_EVENT_INT1	Magnifier 1-enabled, 0-disabled
LC_PROP_EVENT_INT2	Width of magnifier frame, pixels (50...500))
LC_PROP_EVENT_INT3	Height of magnifier frame, pixels (50...500))
LC_PROP_EVENT_INT4	Zoom coefficient, LC_MAG_ZOOM_... value
LC_PROP_EVENT_INT5	Flags (Zero or LC_MAG_CENTER)
